Baerii Hybrid Caviar

LOFT Baerii Hybrid Caviar offers a rich, buttery expression with firm, well-defined pearls and a satisfying, delicate pop. Dark gray to dark brown in color, its generous beads deliver subtle brininess followed by creamy, savory notes of egg yolk and deep umami. The finish reveals hints of roasted almond and hazelnut, light seaweed minerality, and a touch of spice.

Made from Acipenser schrenckii × Acipenser baerii, this distinctive hybrid is more robust and complex than traditional Baerii while remaining beautifully balanced and refined. An excellent choice for both seasoned caviar lovers and those looking to explore a richer, savory flavor profile.
